Independent house T1+1 (maximum capacity 5 people) with an independent bedroom (double or 2 beds) with private balcony and two single beds in the living areas (it is also possible to install an additional folding bed). It has two bathrooms with shower and towel dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, induction hob, electric oven, extractor fan, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. On the ground floor there is a living area equipped with table, chairs, sofa and fireplace. The house is air-conditioned with hot and cold air thermo convectors and, in winter, a hydraulic heated floor. A large sliding window gives access to the terrace and the garden where there is a swimming pool common to the 3 houses. The house is equipped with plates, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans, television, radio, wi-fi and hairdryer.
